Finding a stream in south-east Arizona that still had water in June was a coup.  Seeing at least 6 bird species coming for a drink or a bath was a joy. 
This Song Sparrow had another purpose.  It was looking for food, and found it!  We expected it was searching for insects or other invertebrates, but it caught a fish!
